All Boor orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5PM, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All Boor orders are shipped from the east coast. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with the following options:

Free Ground Shipping on all orders throughout the U.S.
$40.00 Shipping to Canada & U.K.
$50.00 Shipping 2nd Day Air to Canada & U.K.

 

Please note, orders do not includes taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

At this time Boor does not ship outside of the U.S., Canada, and United Kingdom.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders. 

 

RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer full refunds. All of our hats are handmade, in an 180 year old factory using century old techniques, making each hat unique and timely in labour. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the hats you purchase from us. If unsure of sizing, please visit our size guide to find your perfect fit.

Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband will not be accepted for an exchange. There is a $35 restocking fee for all exchanges. All purchases on sale items or purchased through a promotional code are also final sale.

Boor is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivered to your address. In this unfortunate event, please contact your local police department to notify them of this theft.
