All Boor orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekdays after 5PM, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed the next business day. All Boor orders are shipped from the east coast. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. All orders are shipped with the following options:

Free Ground Shipping on all orders throughout the U.S.
$25.00 Shipping 2nd Day Air to U.S., Canada, & U.K.
$50.00 Shipping Next Day Air to U.S., Canada, & U.K.


Please note, orders do not includes taxes and duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient.



At this time Boor does not ship outside of the U.S., Canada, and United Kingdom.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders. 




If you are unhappy with your purchased item, Boor is happy to offer a credit for the item(s) purchased, providing that the product is undamaged and in its original condition. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging to ensure the hat is not damaged in transit. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. We also recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once your package has been received, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days. Online orders may be returned for store credit only.
Please note, that any hat returned with make-up on the sweatband, or worn of any kind, will not be accepted for a credit and will be mailed back to you at your expense.
All purchases on sale items or purchased through a promotional code are final sale. We do not accept returns of any kind on sale items.
All return enquiries are to be made and/ or processed within 14 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling). Please note, Boor is not responsible for any lost or stolen items once delivered to your address. In this unfortunate event, please contact your local police department to notify them of this theft.
